I'll catch ya'll up with my life...

Wow, I'll have to recap a while back. Saturday night was really good, ended up at Bullferno. All of the girls came out and we did mad pre-drinking and headed to a Sammies house party. Some girl was hitting on me hardcore and trying to feel up my chest. Interesting. Didn't stay there too long and headed out to Bullferno. Frosty showed up and I don't remember much else for the night. We made out for HOURS. (And hours, and hours...). So all of those excited things that happened that night? Yah, I missed them! LOL. Fry, Pete, Frosty, Katie and Steph stayed at our place that night. Very cozy. Made out with Frosty until about 6am. No lies. After he left, I got about an hours sleep when Carol woke me up. The MS Walk started at 8am and we had to get over there. I felt like le sac de dump. Not to mention the fact that my neck was COVERED in hickies, it was freezing cold outside and I had already packed all of my winter clothes. And oh yah, I was exhausted and hung over. It was like a Stumble For MS. Carol and I were walking in zigzags, but most of the other girls were hungover too, so it wasn't too bad.

After that, spent a lot of time packing and disassembling the furniture. Kelly's mom came on Monday and my darling Esposito and Alex came to load up the truck for us. Good work boys! I love you! That night I ended up at Espo's since Kelly and her mom, as well as Katie stayed in our apartment which only had one single bed at this point. Had fun with Chris and headed out in the morning. Spent the afternoon unloading the truck, and still later trekking it all downstairs to my grandmother's basement. Ugh. I think I have some sort of muscle definition!

Since then, I've just been kicking back at home. Trying to stuff even more things into my already-packed room. Trying to get a job. Trying to stay entertained.

Overall, good to be home. At least, until my sister gets here!

'Do you want to bang?'

Well, Carol was interested in one of the TKE guys, so we headed out to 311 in the evening to watch the hockey game. For those of you who don't know, I do not know a thing about hockey. I actually had to ask Carol at the beginning of the playoffs how many periods there are in a game. That will give you some idea of the extent of my knowledge. However, I am a bullshit artist. I'd listen to what Carol had to tell me about the game, memorize and then impress boys with my 'amazing knowledge' of hockey. 'A chick that knows hockey!?! I love you'. Very, VERY effective. So we went to watch the game and I've learned about 10 Leafs or so and I had started to learn the Sens, but now it's Philly. So Katie and I tried to learn Philly players, invented some Philly cheers and just generally annoyed the other boys who were watching with our complete lack of interest in the game itself.

After that great fun, we headed to the bar. I know, I know, I have an exam on Saturday. But when you have earrings that are that good, you HAVE to go out. So we hit Bulldog where there were topless girls, good times, and ran into Saurov and Jeff. It was pretty dead there so we headed up to Inferno. A few people we know, tons of compliments on the earrings, and more than a few drinks. Overall, pretty good night!

Now, it's cramming time. I still have three more chapters to learn for the exam. Argh! And I'm just not in a studying mood. Going out Saturday night, I think Frosty's coming (Yummmm....) and it will be my last night out as a resident of Ottawa, so I'm going out with a bang!

Random thoughts.

First on my mind today, do not buy Maybelline Colorama nailpolish. It sucks. It's cheap, and it sucks. 5 day nail color my ass, I've had to reapply three times in two days!

Mmm, went shopping with Saurov and Jeff today. I don't like shopping with boys, they make me nervous. Although their running commentary IS amusing. Jeff was reading a sign in Le Chateau and thought the Juniors sign said Jumbo. So he was making all of these comments about shopping in the Jumbo section. Good times!

So all I bought was one amazingly gorgeous and way too expensive pair of green chandelier earrings. It was an emergency, I needed them.

Heading out to Bullferno tonight, surprise!!

Operation *Insert Middle Finger Here*

Well, this weekend I had one of the best days I've had in a long time. Kelly and I went to drop Chris off at the airport and as we're driving away, we see the back of a man's head and scream simultaneously "IT'S MATTHEW PERRY!!!" After lots more screaming (I'm sure he heard us through the car window), I jumped out of the car and into the airport. Ran into Chris who was concerned about my sanity level as by this point I was hyperventilating and shaking like a leaf. Finally hunted down Matthew Perry. Can I say, I have found my new husband. So awesome!

After that incident, I called everyone I knew to inform them of my impending engagement. I made Carol hyper with my shrieking and so we went over to Fry's. Fry was there with Jon's friend Brian and they decided to bring the couch outside, along with a TV, to create their own patio. However, they don't really have a front lawn, so this was on the sidewalk. They then proceeded to create the Boo-Clap game, in which they cheered for good-looking people and boo'ed the ugly ones. They also struck up conversation with every single person walking by. Much beer consumed, Katie came too, awesome time. I had sorority stuff at night and the other girls went out with the boys.

The next night, the three of us went out with Sarah Blair. There were about 5 people at The Bulldog, tons at Inferno but it just wasn't fun. Wasn't feeling it. So we headed over to Ollie's, sans Sarah, for the Sigma Pi pub. That was also pretty lame, but we stayed there and chatted with the boys. We ended up inviting a dozen of them back to our place for an after-party. Hilarity ensued, Operation *Insert Middle Finger Here* was a tremendous success. Most of them cleared out by 5:30am. However, Katie and Brian were in my bed, Fry was passed out in Carol's bed and Carol was studying there, Jon was on the couch, and I really didn't want to sleep at Carlos' place. So, I ended up the reclining chair. Worst sleep ever, got about 2 hours sleep. The next morning Fry and Hughes were in top shape. Jon literally swam in Carol's clothes on the floor and invented a new immigration policy ("Screw the documents, eat the ham!"). As well as, "My name is Jon Hitler. Big H, little I, BIG SWAZTIKA!!!!" (He acted out the swaztika, too funny.) Fry was in top shape as well "Y'know those movies where the axe murderer dies and comes back to life as an animal? That's your cat." and "My couch... I could take it to church. But it would spend the whole night in confession."

The next night, we headed out to Bullferno yet again, this time adding Steph. Inferno was not so hot so we headed down to The Bulldog where there were actually quite a few Sigma Pi's for Nick's going-away. Let's not speak of the going-away. ("Jenna, I'm not going to see boobs for four whole months...") Fry was hysterical, teasing Katie and slipping me notes as he worked. A few of my victims were there, George and Joe who had indulged me on my "birthday" the week before (to the tune of 200$) and the victim of Operation *Insert Middle Finger Here*. The highlight of the night was Bad Nick, my angry pimp. He supplied drinks for the night, especially when Carol told him it was my birthday. Can I mention that's the 3rd time it's been my birthday in two weeks. Him and his friend came over to our place afterwards and I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Bad Nick tries soooo hard not to be funny, and does not like to be laughed at, but is one of the funniest people I know.

Yesterday was spent studying, as will be today. Marketing exam in the afternoon and I think we're going out tomorrow night.

How does it go again?

Breathe in, breathe out, repeat.

Almost there...

Wow, momentarily abandoned blog. The year here is winding down to an end. Three exams, nicely spaced apart. First one is today, freaking out. Last one is the 24th, also a sorority thing that day, followed by the MS Walk the next time and home on the 26th. Scary, home in two weeks! I'm just trying to start packing everything up now and getting myself organized, WHILE I study for exams and occasionally go to the one and only Bullferno.

At least I'm not on fire.

Whenever things are going bad for me, I always try to remember that there's a lot of people out there that have things worse than me. And that's there's people out there who have things worse than the people who have things worse than me. And so on, and so forth. But think about it, that chain has to stop somewhere. Think about the person in the world who has it worst. Things aren't so bad for me.
