It's so beautiful. The snow I mean, you just can't take your eyes off of it. It's so amazing, the way it falls in sheets. You know what snow truly is? It's pieces of broken hearts falling from the sky... Such a beautiful sight...
I'll Just Keep On Dreaming
"Come to the edge."
"We can't. We're afraid!"
"Come to the edge."
"We can't. We'll fall!"
"Come to the edge."
And they came.
And he pushed them.
And they flew.

*Yawn!!* Went home last weekend, pretty uneventful. Got to use my CAA Plus card for the first time because Carol locked my car key in the car instead of giving it to the Concierge to valet it. Nice to be home though... Saw Josh, he's got more tattoos. And for anyone keeping track of my New Year's Resolutions, amazingly enough I did not make out with him! *Shocked face* Carleton is normal... just trying to keep up with everything. It is -40 here today, that is just not cool. I just did a personality test and this is what it had to say about me:
"Calm; yet sweet. Kind, but likes to be alone. I bet you would want to do dance with everyone else, you just don't want to go down there and face them."

Ack, so much crap to do! Just finished classes and about to head to a meeting for the Student Ambassadors and then heading to Billings with Andrea and Katie for a while. Laundry plus homework tonight... And then maybe OnTap on Wednesday... I have so far *knock on my wooden desk very lightly so that it does not collapse, I have a fear*, avoided Norwalk and it seems to be dieing down, as well as my cold. Jenna, healthy? One day, my pretty. I have a dream that my children will one day live in a world where Jenna is judged by her health... Talk about a tangent. Joe Millionaire rocks. I think I should be on one of those shows, anyone that knows me will admit it's my destiny. Alright, I'm out because I have to get across campus in 2 minutes.

The bars in Ottawa are going to drive me into a quick and painful bankruptcy. Went with Kelly to OnTap on Wednesday, no bartender, but it was packed. Not too bad, we got our laughes. So the Norwalk virus has hit my floor in rez, about six or so people have it so far and I have that to look forward to, on top of the mono and the cold that I have right now. Bah. Debating if I should call Sheldon today, the guy I met at Charlie's that goes to Western. Very, very tempting. I'm addicted to Justin Timberlake now, someone please do something! I'm missing Chris since he got Norwalked. :( Sorry, I'm staying away from you for two weeks, I can't afford another disease. So the plans for today are to go to my afternoon Financial Accounting tutorial, clean my room up a bit, maybe laundry, hit Billings Bridge, pay phone bills, go skating on the Canal and maybe go out tonight... Ultimate goal to accomplish at least half of this!

Back up in the O-Dot! (That really doesn't work for Ottawa...) Had some killer last days in Newmarket, with the Hound and the Fox on Thursday and Charlie's on Friday. Interesting to say the least but gave birth to such dance moves as "The Sheldon" so it was all worth it, haha! Drove here half asleep yesterday with Kelly, not many people were back yet. So we laced up our skates and went to the Canal with a guy from her floor. It was absolutely hysterical, I almost didn't make it off of the bench, but we managed not to fall that time. We went to OnTap at night, got loaded and played around with some guys. We'll be back on Wednesday for the bartender. I had the brilliant idea to go skating when we got back to school so we grabbed a guy from her floor and woke up JonJon (he's not too happy) and hit the canal at about 3:30am. I feel sorry for Sean, because all he did was pick us up off of the ice the whole time. (Kelly falls: 5, Jenna falls: 2, Sean falls: 1) Got back here and passed out, I'm a little bit sore today! People should be starting to pile back into rez today. Quote of the night: "If I wasn't wearing pants, I'd be pregnant right now!".

Alright. New Year's Resolutions, let's go. Well my first resolution was to stop eating Big Xtra's at Mc D's but that lasted exactly one hour and twelve minutes into the new year. A new personal record for me. Here's the official list, please ask for clarification where needed:
- Wear high heels more often.
- Attend every single Economics class, no matter what!
- (See above) "Operation Graham Cracker" Haha!
- To stop making out with Josh when I come home.
- Listen to Mom and Dr. Phil. They know best.
- Stay away from and don't get attached to guys that I know are trouble.
- Thank people more often.
- Compliment others more and accept compliments with grace.
- Be less negative overall, try not to criticize.
- Go to every single museum in Ottawa.
- Halt procrastination.
- If he's an idiot, he's an idiot; don't try to change him.
- Be less negative overall, try not to criticize.
"I say that if you yourself wish to be innocent and pure, you can become so. You need to work up to taking full responsibility for what you are doing, and you need to take full responsibility for what you have done in the past, and you need to move on with a pure heart, and with pure, good actions, towards pure and constructive goals.
And I believe that it is worth it."
